Very lengthy process, fingerprints and background check required, very lengthy interview with "standard form cookie-cutter" questions from management, most questions seemed to be geared towards people with little or no work experience (young folks).

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.

There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
