U.S. Bank did an excellent job keeping me informed of the interview process and stages. I received multiple reminders of my upcoming interview and the recruiter made it a very easy process to work through. Although I was not selected, I was never left in the dark or to question, 'what if'. Will definitely look to apply to other roles here.
