Call with HR followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was very congenial with probing, but fair questions. Next steps were defined. I did not receive a response and then a random HR person (very polite) called me to say they had gone with another candidate.

They had me meet with 12 different executives over a 5 month period. One executive didn't show up after rescheduling 4 times. I had to then follow up with the recruiter to be told that they decided to restructure the role and would not be proceeding further.
