First I interviewed with a assistant and branch manager, of the branch in which I applied then, I went to an interview with district manager, then the district managers assistant called to negotiate expected pay and start date.

Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
