I was asked about my work history and if I could demonstrate some times I used efficient problem solving skills in the past, they gave me an overview of the job and the responsibilities involved with the position, then they gave me sample problems similar to the ones I would face every day working there.

How I would handle a situation where a report was needed on a monthly basis and how I would schedule the delivery of the report using software.
Was very challenging, went through three rounds all over Microsoft teams, each person i spoke to was very nice and each conversation lasted around 30 mins or so. Each representing a different level in management.

First you do a phone interview and then a face to face if mangers like the phone interview. And then sit side by side with an employee to see what job entails.

Biggest accomplishment. Tell me about a time you above and beyond.
The hiring manager called me. Then we set up the interview. I interviewed with him and his boss. The process was relatively easy. Then I got the job offer within 2 weeks after the interview.
