I got a message from a recruiter for a first round interview. I scheduled the interview and the interviewer did not show up. She emailed me over a week later asking to schedule with no acknowledgement that she ghosted me and no apology. We had a phone screen where she said I would hear back in 1-2 weeks and if I didn’t to please reach out. I reached out once a week over four weeks and have been completely ghosted since my interview in February.
