One phone screen and one branch interview with the teller coordinator and the branch manager. basic interview questions about my background, education, work history, with a few situational questions. They are big on customer service and creating a unique experience for each customer.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
