Two interview process. One with a branch manger then a second interview with the district manager. These interviews took place on two different days. If the first interview went well you would move on with the second interview. After my second interview it got a job offer later on that same day.

it was fine, not much was asked i feel like it was pretty easy . it was a group interview , and i moved to the final round the final round wasn’t an interview just a conversation between me and a senior manger
Received an email. Set up the date. Initially they are getting to know you and your experience. Looking for customer services skills. It was not hard. They also asked me about how we can respect customers. And diversity
