I was contacted by the Branch manager that set up the first interview. The interview was schedule for the following days. I had two managers present in the process, and was told that this was the bank process. The start with broad background question and then follow with a bank questionnaire.

Phone screen interview 1st followed by in person with a manager. NO cash handling experience mentioned; all about the upsell. Quota to be met monthly with weekly coaching. Part time teller quota same as full time requirement!

The women conducting the interview was somewhat rude and asking questions that did not pertain to the interview what so ever . Was not confident in the interview or selection process.
