J'ai passé un entretien chez U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN)
Entretien
Mine was a pretty informal interview process. Generally, if you are intellectually curious, you'll be in good shape. They generally don't in-person interview more than 3-5 people after going through quite a few resumes and phone interviews first. Later, as a hiring manager myself, I had trouble hiring top talent due to lower-than-average pay that I could offer for the roles I needed to fill.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez U.S. Bank (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2015
Entretien
3 rounds: An initial phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and multiple final round interviews. Questions were fairly standard and straight-forward, no trick questions or torture tests.

Two person interview in person. Basic questions from HR interview guide. HR interview was via phone and also very basic questions on strengths and weaknesses. Other questions were about specific knowledge of systems they are using and basic knowledge of relevant technologies. Interview was two months after application but decision to hire was within 7 days.
