First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Entretien
Hiring process was very fast. Was contacted via email about an interview. Showed up to one of the more prestigious branches and was conducted to the district manager. Everything went smooth from there. The interview was more like they were selling me the job rather than me selling myself. Interview lasted an hour and a half. Four days later I was offered a position by one of the HR reps.
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
