3 interviews, 2 with branch managers, 1 with the district manager. Straightforward, typical interview fluff questions. Questions were of the "Tell me about a time where you were unable to solve a problem and how you felt about that" variety. The primary factor they are looking for is customer service skills, the confidence to get to know the customers and sell products.
