First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Pretty relaxed, your basic interview questions. I did some research on the company before hand so the manager was very impressed. It consisted of phone interview 1:1 with the branch manager then 1:1 with a senior manager at a later date

Tell me about a difficult situation you encountered and how did you handle it
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
