The interview process was very thorough. I had four total interviews (2 face to face and 2 over the phone). The initial phone interviews were to see if on paper and verbally I had the necessary knowledge for the role. The face to face interviews were more to see how I would potentially fit with the rest of the team. Very outside of the box questions and the conversations were very genuine.

3 level interview process. with a recruiter general personality and overall resume question, then an interview with market manager deeper questions on resume, 3rd one a role play with the regional manager
