You start off with an overview of their culture and what U.S. Bank is all about. Then the group splits up and you are interviewed by 3 different managers. Overall very easy going people and not very stressful.

I got a call from a recruiter and I moved to the next stage with the department manager.. I’d think it was a good interview convo with the manager.. only to discover that he is a liar.. he said they will get back to me in 4 weeks that he still have a lot of interview to conduct and I got a reply back after the day of interview.. the whole interview process was shady to me.. he said I tick all the boxes in the criteria.. I felt disappointed after getting a feedback.. You want diverse workforce.. y’all should prove it by employing more race (qualified)instead of been hypocritical.. good luck to people working there
