I met with two hiring managers and they asked several questions and took notes. I was given a tour of the department and introduced to some of the employees. They gave me insight of the job and what would be expected.

All internal, very easy. These positions come up very rarely and when they do, they already know who they want, which is good and bad. Bad if they don’t want you, good if they want you.
