Friendly and straight forward. However I felt the job description didn't match well with the job details the hiring manager asked about so it seemed there was a mismatch between the recruiting team and hiring manager expectations. One interaction left me with a negative impression when over email the recruiter asked for my availability for the next round of interviews and eagerly discussed having me meet the skip level all before I had interviewed with the hiring manager; then sent the rejection after two week radio silence. Leading a candidate on like this wasn't necessary at such an early stage and there should have been more patience to see how interviews went.
