Long, tedious, interviews, waste of time didn’t focus on experience but all about their Twilio magic. After a few interviews I was able to speak with former employees and they confirmed all the red flags, and confirmed many employees are not held accountable, while Twilio magic is a good framework it is not embraced and poor management and culture toxicity. I removed myself from process.

Overall, the process was subpar and very comparable to other companies even though they said they pride themselves in a different hiring experience. It felt very typical to other tech companies.
