The interviews were well prepared and structured. I had the opportunity to talk with different roles in the team which gave me an ability to better understand the culture, team spirit, role expectations, position, tasks, etc. The coding task was interesting and well-understood. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during the interview and enjoyed the process.

The process was clear and all those involved in it were helpful and very professional. It is certainly not easy as it is quite lengthy, but all the stages proved to be meaningful and reasonable. The high expectation from candidates is also proven by the high standard of employees that the company maintains. Overall, I only have praise for the way it was handled.
