I had applied through a job portal and I recieved an email within two weeks to complete a test assesment and submitted it. After 10 days I got a call from the HR that I will be having an interview with a hiring manager who had to be the head of the operation team. The interview was in the night because the HR was from the states. The questions were mostly based on previous experience and behavioural questions. I cleared the round and had to give 5 more rounds with the operations team as well as one of them were not into the same team. First three rounds were easy as it was based on behavioural questions. The fourth round was with someone who was not from the team and the interview was based on twilio values-bar raiser round. (I would highly recommend you to go through those values for all the rounds as it can come in handy). The last round was with a senior manager from the team and yes again the interview was based on previous experience and some behavioural questions. Please note that when you answer situational based questions make sure you answer it in STAR format. (Situation Task Action Result). Overall, it was a smooth process and the hiring managers made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It's been a 10 days since I received a feedback from HR. anyway hoping for the best. also, I would like you all to wish luck in case you have any interviews lined up for this role.

It was a long and rigorous process, I felt really comfortable during all the process, they gave all the information and were very helpful through the stages.

instead of sending an email saying tthey decided to not continue with you they schedule a call and have oyu waiting on that anxiety for a couple days just to tell you you didnt pass
