J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Twilio (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
Probably the weirdest interview I’ve ever done. Had an initial phone screen with HR which was great and normal. Then I move on to the next round of interviews with the hiring manager. He didn’t even bother to ask me any questions about my current role, any of my skills, or anything like that. It was very scripted and the farthest thing from a conversation. He only asked behavioral questions like give me an example of a time when this happened. Then moved on to the next question of give me an example of a time this other thing happened. It was so choppy it was almost awkward. The questions I had prepared to ask were more in line with the company, job day to day, etc. and none of these questions were even close to addressed throughout the strange behavioral questions. So I felt like I didn’t even learn anything about the role in chatting with the hiring manager until I started to ask some questions.
Questions regarding what was the most difficult task encountered in previous role and what did you do to overcome it, not exactly the easiest thing to recall off the top of ones head though.
