The interview process was lengthy took over a month, HR was nice to keep updated on each and every step during the protest. 1. HR reached out via email through LinkedIn. 2. Applied on Twilio website on the job sent by HR 3. HR sent a hacker rank test containing 3 questions with medium difficulty, took 3 hours to complete. 4. HR get back to me the next day with a confirmation that all questions were correct and scheduled a virtual on-site. 5. Different HR person called in to walk through the Interview process saying that there are 5 open positions and they have 13 candidates to interview from. 6. There were 3 rounds each with 45 minutes, one with engineering Manager, 1 with Sr. Solution Architect and one with Lead Solution architect. All 3 interview were medium difficulty and have a mix of technical and behavioural questions. There were 45 minutes of project presentation where all 3 interviewers attended. 7. Post interview there was 15 minutes HR call to talk about interview experience and get feedback. 8 HR get back with feedback after 2 days that I did an awesome job and they are considering for next round, but she will confirm when next Friday they interview other candidates. 9. After a week HR get back and told that I am in shortlisted candidates and they want to go for Bar raiser interview which is the final interview. 10. Bar raiser interview was 45 minutes and the interviewer said that I did excellently. 11. After 2 days I reached out the HR and HR called back with an update and said that they have made the decision and going with other candidates, they have only 2 open positions at this time, and I was on 3rd listing in their ranking, 12. HR consolidated that if they will have any new position open in next month or so I will be in the priority list. Overall it was a lengthy process which took 4 weeks of mental burdon with no outcome. I had to take one PTO from work, had to spend 3 hours in the night to complete hacker rank. Not sure how suddenly open position reduced to 2 from 5.
