Simple application and then interview with one of the workers. Got invited to the second round, but unfortunately I could not make it on that day. I notified them about many other dates I would be available on in a mail, but they never replied afterwards. I have no idea what happened after all. I have never experienced something similar anywhere, but it certainly shows that the way they work can neither be efficient nor trustworthy. The company clearly needs a structural change. Probably the worst hiring experience I’ve ever heard of.
