One of their recruiter reached out and scheduled phone interviews for two times, both ended up with me waiting for an hour without actually getting any phone calls from them. Also, without any email notifications saying they want to cancel the interview.
The first time the recruiter said she was sick, ok, I understand and then we tried to schedule for a second call. Again, I didn’t heard from them calling on that day. I don’t know what’s going on with their interview procedure but it would be nice if she could let me know she will not be calling me beforehand ...

I have had plenty of interviews with many companies, and this was probably the worst experience. Not only was communication with the recruiter strenuous, the whole interview process was unorganized and unprofessional. Questions became redundant with each person I met and at times I felt I was brought it to be analyzed vs interviewed (suggestion: do not bring computer in the interview and jot down notes as I am talking, it's rude and completely unprofessional).
I had to spend my time and energy to hunt down recruiter for final decision.

The recruiter emailed me asking for times I'm available for an interview, and gave me a link. I replied asking how long I should book for, if this was a call or skype. I got no answer for a day or so, so I just went in and booked a time on the following Monday.
Nope, she then randomly emailed me saying "Confirmed for Wednesday 9:30am," so I was like, "ok that's fine, sometimes people are busy, I'll clear my schedule!"
Come Wednesday, I'm waiting on her call, and she never does. She completely missed the interview, no notice email, no reschedule email. I emailed back asking if she'd like to reschedule, no response.
I ended up accepting another offer at another company anyways. This Turo recruiter seemed pretty disorganized.
Advice: Recruiters, please be respectful and mindful of your interviewee's time. You could really lose out on quality candidates.
