I met Turning Point Scotland team at a recruitment event in my local area. I could tell they all loved their job and it was a good company. It sounded really interesting so I applied as soon as I got home. My interview was booked really quickly. Everyone was really nice and I felt relaxed to ask the questions I had. This was my first time interviewing for a job like this and it went really well. I was offered a post the next day.

Interview with two members of staff, an introduction and then some questions about myself and why I applied for the job. There were a few questions about my own personal experiences seen as I didn't have professional experience in the field. Overall very friendly and welcoming.
