I talked to a recruiter at an Autumn career fair, provided my resume, got a call during the career fair to schedule an interview for the middle of the week. Middle of the week, met with a recruiter for ~30 minutes, talked about my previous intern experience, standard behavioral questions. Final day of the week, all interviewees were invited into the Turner office and provided with food, introduced ourselves, and sent to 5 back-to-back interviews (this was a surprise, but tbh also helped me not have anxiety since I wasn't told). Interviews all went really well. We were then taken on a site tour and provided lunch. Overall, great communication, the process was very prompt and fast.
