Standard interview. Prepared on glass door and was extremely well prepared. Read the questions on here and you should be golden. I interviewed out of the Indianapolis office. By the end it seemed like I was interviewing them. Fun experience

Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
