The overall process of the interview was unprofessional. Lack of communication from the recruiter and/or hiring manager exemplified the lack of the company's culture at this particular location. Recruiters need to be clear on the term "immediate need" and not give candidates false information on when they expect to get feedback from the managers. Be honest with candidates.
