DISGUSTING - They were hiring candidates who wanted to move from customer service to IT support, including freshers, and were offering necessary training as well. I am an expert in IT support but still they did not hire me. They are big time wasters. Folks, please don't waste your time applying to this company. They don't have any proper principles and values.

I have just given the "One-Way Interview" which had a quite a few hiccups, They have their in-house speed checker which is inaccurate and inconsistent so you might face issues with beginning the process. But reach out to support and they will help you fix it, everything worked out fine in the end.
I am yet to have the following rounds. This first round is a repeat of the questions asked during the application process.

Asked about experience with certain Microsoft products, how i handled situations of not knowing things with client. My past experience and an intro. there were 5 in total but as i said earlier their are the same as the ones from when you apply.

I received an email informing me of a one-way interview. I eagerly anticipate the next process and look forward to hearing from them. In my opinion, it was a pretty good experience.
