I applied online, had two brief phone interviews and then went for a coffee with the Partner which was the slam dunk. We barely spoke about the law but I think it was more so a personality fit test which was nice to see that that’s what matters to this firm.

Easy going, friendly, down to earth staff members. Genuinely trying to gauge skillset and compatability with firm and team. They were fair and reasonable with their pressure and asking more confrontational questions. Questions can be more specific to the role and can include situational, behavioral, or technical questions related to law and practice areas.
