They want you to take an online english test. If you pass it, you are invited to interview. They HR crew are really helpful and warm people. First they test your english level; if you pass it, they check your weight and height, tattoo and scar. And the last stage is HR interview. There are 3 people of them, it takes about 10-15 minutes.

first steps were online and then in person. overall it took so much time but was not hard to manage. english test was pretty easy and did not even require very hard levels of language. I believe B2-C1 levels will be just fine
