One to one interview with relevant managers and then Human Resources department. After these interviews you have to pass a personality test, an IQ test followed by English proficiency test. All test are multiple-choice type tests.

I applied via the system and got hired after one face to face interview. It was a regular process and nothing complicated happened. The manager I was interviewed with was very nice and positive.
