The Interview process is very long. First, you need to take a test that is pretty long. If you pass, then the zoom interview begins. Four people interviewed me.
A lot of reasoning/technical for an HR position. They communicate with you through Whatsapp which I find very informal.
I found it very disrespectful that after taking a very long test and going through 4 interviews. The company didn't send an email stating that you didn't pass the interview process. I had to ask the person that was texting me through Whatsapp to have an update and at that moment I knew that they were no longer considering me for the position.

The interview process included 2 tech rounds and one hr round was there. And even one sourcing round was there. Initially the recruiter call happened and then the next rounds
The interview process overall was pretty easy but the HRs who interviewed were themselves not sure of what was happening. they asked a few preplanned questions that was easy enough to crack
