The process was okay, screening interview, hiring manager interview, hiring manager followup, and in-person panel interview/presentation. After the final in-person interview, it took more than a month for me to get a rejection. I will also say that while trial assignments are common in my line of work, it was a bit disappointing that in both my HM follow-up and my panel interview, only one of the deliverables I did was discussed. It was also what I feel was less relevant deliverable (a slide deck and not the campaign strategy plan).
