Apply on craigslist. Submit cover letter/resume. It'll say how long they've been in business, but it's pretty easy to figure out which agency it is based on what they say in the job listing. You'll get a call from Amanda or Cristina. You show up to one interview. You'll meet with Mark Tucci in his office/house. You might meet with Cristina too. She's the one you really have to impress. Her input is crucial. She's the big boss.

Entretien
We just had a conversation about the business and their clients. He asked me about my experience and said he's give me a shot! Everything else happened pretty quickly. It was a great conversation.
