You answer questions with video record in pre-interview. After that you take more detailed questions in face-to-face interview about the topics of the questions in video-record questions. Other interview questions are generally basics but they test you like "Are you sure?" like questions and attitude to sure you know the topics well.

Two stages, technical interview around 30 mins and management interview about 15. Technical is really about fundamental concepts for entry level job. Management interview includes tricky hard questions. There were too many people in both of them.
