After I applied and my application was reviewed and selected to proceeded to the next steps of the hiring process I received an email to select a date and time for my interview. TuSimple had me do three interviews, one phone interview and two zoom call interviews. Each person conducting the interview was polite and easy to talk to. Make sure you know what you applied for and are familiar with the job duties requirements.
