No fuss, to the point. They know what they want and asked questions that made this clear. Nothing tricky. Positive experience. In my third year here now and I can see that the interview reflected accurately what they were looking for, and what the school has to offer.

Question 1
Subject knowledge, to a certain degree, but also potential flexibility to maybe teach AP if the opportunity arises ( I teach CAIE). Rather than content specific questions they were interested in my teaching philosophy and how I use strategies and my experience to enthuse the learners I work with.
