Assessment centre included a (surprise) team building activity followed by group case study and presentation in front of the senior management team. After the case study, we had a networking dinner with current trainees and other senior staff.

2 rounds of online interviews, 1 round face-to-face with HR, and 1 round half-day assessment center. The assessment center is impressive because we have a group cook test in the office.

Entretien
Fun, engaging, and full of surprises, the experience was both welcoming and intellectually stimulating. The multiple rounds of interviews were well-structured, offering valuable insights at each stage. The networking dinner and opportunities to interact with senior leaders added a personal touch and made the process even more enriching. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience that I would highly recommend.
