It didn't happened. I applied 3 times for roles that I have not only qualification to but also previous experience and my application was disconsidered all the times because I am a foreigner. That was very clear because my place of origin was quoted in 2 of the 3 applications, even considering that I live in Uruguay.

They didn't even tried to interview me. Just disconsidered my application without even reading my resume (there's some personal data on my resume like address and phone, both from Uruguay) just because my linkedin profile says I am from another country.
