Very bumpy and inconsistent process. Had one telephone, one skype and one face to face interview, with confirmed next interview however pulled out of process due to lack of professionalism. Experienced delays, changes of plans and general disorganisation, which they hide as 'fast paced start up'. Could be a great company if they got it together but right now they come across as immature and arrogant.
