First round interview is quite standard, but the second round interview(s) was very, very intense. An all day experience, with upwards of ten interviewers and several rounds, the process ended with lunch with many high level executives. While grueling, it gave great insight into the job itself, what to expect if given the job, and a very thorough chance to show your strengths.
