First I had a Screen call with HR (general overview of the company and position overview + benefits), then an Interview with hiring manager (more context about the challenge and the position), then an Interview with C-level (more context about the company on a high level) and to finish they asked for Reference checks (3x).

Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me about a job at Trustly. The people were nice, but I got the feeling they interviewed a ton of people for this position which seemed to be a bit of a waste. It was two months before I heard back that they wanted someone with more specific experience, despite having reached out to me and knowing my background when approaching me. They thought I might be a fit for another position and I haven't decided if I'll proceed for it.
