I had 3 rounds of interview in total. The first two rounds were 30 minutes long each with the recruiter and the hiring manager. The last round was 45 minutes long and it was a panel of interviewers. The panelists were all direct reports of the hiring manager. After waiting to hear back from the recruiter on next steps, I did not get a call back instead I received an automated email letting me know that I did not get the position. The entire process took nearly a month.
