They only followed up with me after I messaged asking if there was any feedback from my take home code assignment. Played phone tag with me for hours, then ended up texting me that they would want to offer a lower position and salary. This is all without actually meeting the tech team and even talking about their stack. There was not even clear feedback about why this was the case or what to improve on. Thank you for wasting hours of my time with nothing to gain from it. Will never apply again.

Took 2 weeks for 1st interview. The whole thing is a joke. The interviewer is obviously on chat with someone else all the time. She even said that CEO messaged her in the middle of interview. It took a long break for her to respond every time I finished answering a question. After decline, the feedback is a lie saying I am "not very excited for the position and more excited for other upcoming big comp interview". I never mentioned anything about big comp interview and the whole conversation obviously couldn't sound exciting because one side is not involved at all.
