Very unsatisfied with the interviewing process. I went through multiple interviews and after each interview the communication was very poor. I didn’t know if I had the next interview for weeks. This whole process lasted a month and a half. After my final interview it was nothing but crickets for 2 weeks! Until I finally reached out. And then after a couple days was told they weren’t hiring me. At that point I kind of was relieved because when going through an interview process where the company is handling an interview like that it makes you wonder the kind of company they truly are. I truly hope this review can help improve the process. I think an interview is not only for the company to decide a candidate but also a crucial time for a candidate to decide the company.
