three step process...where they go over a structured set of interview questions...primarily to ensure that the candidate has an understanding of the workload and the pay scale...they really go over the scheduling and really want you to understand that you will work hard and the hours are long also requires a lot of travel miles
Screwed by hr. Interviewed three times was made offer but never heard anything back but recruitment kept reaching out asking if I was interested. I accepted and it's been one long after another

Entretien
There was an initial phone call for the first interview. Then the second interview was scheduled for a video call over zoom. Pretty straightforward interview questions. The second interview also consisted of a role-play scenario.

It was great to be a part of the process. I can’t wait to refer people. I really think this would be a great career for most people but I found a better career. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
