Phone Interview, extremely short in person interview. They seemed like they were in desperate need of laborers - They asked my availability, and my ability to lift certain weight, and if I was ok with obtaining a Class E drivers license.
They offered me a position on the spot, and I went through a drug screen within a week.

Simply a disgusting, disrespectful, discriminatory interview (for being Latin and not speaking perfect English)
Had never lived a situation like this, if when applying on their website they see that you do not qualify for the position to be called?

1 on 1 question and answer session. Very detailed and specific questions, lasting roughly an hour. Usual consent to drug screen and background check, etc. Up front about pay and easy.
