process was different than I was use to group interview made me feel like i was just a number put makes sense to do for company and managment going in for follow up interview in a week might get job might not hope i will

Screwed by hr. Interviewed three times was made offer but never heard anything back but recruitment kept reaching out asking if I was interested. I accepted and it's been one long after another

Entretien
There was an initial phone call for the first interview. Then the second interview was scheduled for a video call over zoom. Pretty straightforward interview questions. The second interview also consisted of a role-play scenario.

Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations at your previous job?
It was great to be a part of the process. I can’t wait to refer people. I really think this would be a great career for most people but I found a better career. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
