I filled out an application online. Got a call back from the recruiters in less than 24 hours to set up an interview with my location. Went to my interview and it was a very pleasant experience.

Applied for job online, did not receive a response so had to call in to schedule a interview. Asked resume questions over the phone before scheduling a interview. Interview wasn't super long. Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.

First interview is a phone screen interview to feel out who you are as a person and if you align with the company.
Second interview is the video call interview where the manager will be listening in while you are being interviewed by another employer. This interview is more in depth with questioning.
